تفاصيل الوظيفة - Responsible for the planning, direction, control, and ongoing improvement of the quality assurance department to meet ICFI, and regulatory agency standards for food and packaging quality and safety. - Develops, implements, and manages QA/QC policies, procedures, manuals, and techniques to ensure compliance with product and packaging consistency, safety, and quality standards - Prepare and manages the department budget and monitor and controls expenses - Oversees the auditing, evaluation, and analysis of QA/QC procedures, HACCP, safety, quality, efficiency, GMP and SPC of vendor facilities and products, submitting the required reports to ensure accurate and timely information. - Responsible for the hygiene and safety of personnel, and the sanitation and maintenance of the equipment in the quality laboratory and the assurance of proper sanitation and hygiene of all food production areas.
